What is a turnkey pickleball activation?
A turnkey pickleball activation is a full-service event build: professional rollout courts, nets, paddles, and event staff are delivered to your venue, installed, run during the event, and removed afterward. You handle nothing logistical — one vendor manages delivery, build, staffing, and teardown on a single invoice.
Do you provide pickleball courts nationwide?

How far in advance should I book a pickleball activation?
Book as early as you can — ideally several weeks to a few months out for larger builds. Peak event seasons and convention weeks fill quickly, and lead time keeps travel and rush costs down. That said, we can often accommodate shorter timelines; ask us.
Can pickleball courts be installed indoors and outdoors?
Both. Rollout courts install on convention floors, ballrooms, and carpet indoors, and on parking lots, grass, rooftops, and hard surfaces outdoors. Grass and some outdoor surfaces use a subfloor system so the court plays true anywhere.
Do you handle staffing and run the games?
Yes. Professional event staff can teach beginners, officiate, and run clinics, round-robins, and tournaments so the court stays active and welcoming for players of every level — which is what makes an activation land.
Can the courts be branded for our company or campaign?
Yes. Courts, nets, and surrounding signage can be custom-wrapped with your branding, turning the activation into a content-ready marketing asset that appears in every photo and post.
How much does a pickleball activation cost?
A single-court, one-day corporate activation typically falls in the low-to-mid four figures, and multi-court trade-show or festival builds scale into five figures, depending on court count, days, staffing, travel, surface, and branding. Are you insured, and can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Professional activations are carried out with appropriate insurance, and a certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided for your venue when required. Share your venue's requirements when you request a quote.
